Effective 10 June 2026 · version v1.0

Welcome to Model Plaza (model.dflop.top, "the platform"). The platform is operated by Zhanshen Digital Technology ("we", "us") and provides a multi-protocol AI model gateway API, an online playground (chat, image, video and other studios), knowledge bases and a model plaza (together, "the service").

By registering an account, creating an API key or using the service in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the service.

1. Accounts#

  • The platform uses the shared dflop.top account system (one account works across every *.dflop.top site). You can register and sign in with an email address or a third-party provider such as Google.
  • Keep your credentials and API keys safe. API keys can be revealed in the console at any time, and anyone holding a key can spend your account balance — spending caused by a leaked key is your responsibility, so delete a compromised key in the console immediately.
  • An account is for you (or your organisation) alone. You may not rent out or sell accounts, or share one to avoid billing.
  • The service is not intended for anyone under 14 years of age.

2. What the service does#

  • Gateway API: forwards your requests to third-party model providers over OpenAI-, Anthropic- and Google Gemini-compatible protocols, and returns the results.
  • Playground and studios: call models directly in the browser for conversation, image and video generation, and more.
  • Knowledge bases: upload documents to build searchable knowledge bases and query them from external tools over REST or MCP.
  • The model catalogue, pricing and availability change with the upstreams; the live data on Model Plaza and in the documentation governs. We may add, adjust or withdraw models and features at any time.

3. Payment and billing#

  • The service is prepaid: top-ups go into your account balance (denominated in USD) and are drawn down by actual usage — text by token, images per image, video per second. Unit prices are on Model Plaza and in Models.
  • New accounts come with a small amount of trial credit for testing an integration.
  • When the balance runs out the API returns HTTP 402 and every API key stops working at once; topping up restores them automatically.
  • Usage already consumed is not refundable. Unused balance is in principle non-refundable; in genuinely exceptional circumstances, contact us through section 9 and we will discuss it.
  • We reserve the right to change prices. A price change applies to usage after it takes effect, and the face value of an existing balance is unaffected.

4. Your content#

  • The prompts you submit, the documents, images, audio and video you upload, and the outputs they produce ("your content") belong to you (or to whoever authorised you).
  • To provide the service, you grant us the licence necessary to store, transmit and process your content and to forward it to third-party model upstreams (see the privacy policy).
  • You warrant that you hold the rights to what you submit and that it infringes no one's intellectual property, likeness rights or other lawful interests.
  • The copyright status of AI-generated content differs between jurisdictions, so assess it yourself before commercial use. Some upstreams (certain Chinese models in particular) add an AI-generated marking to output images as their regulations require.

5. Acceptable use#

You may not use the service to:

  • generate or distribute content that breaks applicable law (including but not limited to violent, extremist, pornographic, gambling-related and fraudulent material);
  • infringe anyone's privacy, intellectual property or other lawful interests;
  • attack, probe or stress-test the platform or its upstreams, or technically circumvent billing, quota or content-safety mechanisms;
  • register accounts en masse automatically, or abuse trial credit;
  • operate in a domain requiring professional licensing (medical diagnosis, legal advice) without human review.

Where these terms are broken we may restrict, suspend or terminate your account in proportion to the breach, and pursue serious cases through the law.

6. Availability and disclaimers#

  • The service depends on several third-party model upstreams and is provided "as is", with no SLA commitment on availability or response time. Upstream outages, rate limits and model withdrawals can make some capabilities temporarily unavailable.
  • Model output is AI-generated and may be inaccurate, incomplete or biased. It is not professional advice of any kind, and decisions you make on the basis of it are your own responsibility.
  • To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss or lost profit; our aggregate liability for direct loss is limited to what you actually paid the platform in the preceding 12 months.

7. Changes to and termination of the service#

  • We may adjust and upgrade the service's features and form; materially adverse changes will be announced on the site or through community channels.
  • You may stop using the service at any time and contact us to close your account. Once closed, data such as conversation records and knowledge bases is deleted (except where the law requires retention).
  • We may close an account that has had no activity for 24 consecutive months and holds a zero balance.

8. Changes to these terms#

We may revise these terms from time to time, updating the effective date at the top of the page; significant changes will be announced separately. Continuing to use the service after a revision takes effect means you accept it.

9. Contacting us#

For any question, complaint or claim about these terms or the service, reach us at support@dflop.top or through the feedback channel in the console.

These terms are governed by the law of the People's Republic of China. The parties will first attempt to resolve any related dispute by negotiation; failing that, it goes to the competent People's Court where we are located.
